The created ticket is visualy confirmed. Addtional actions allow to create an additional ticket, or leaving the app.

The created SAP Sales Cloud Service Ticket is ready to be further processed by the customer representatives.
UDINA Commerce AddOn
The SAP Sales Cloud Service can be used inside UDINA Commerce as a custom SAPUI5 component. This enables a customer to search, view and create service tickets.
