UDINA Intelligent Observability is a collection of tools and add-ons to allow automatic and intelligent observability.
See everything you need in context including metrics, logs, traces, object relationships, UX and behavior in a storage container of your choice.
UDINA IO Agent
The agent is a micro service that continously enriches incomming data streams, which are finally delegated to data storage services. It offers synchronous (REST, OData, GraphQL) and asynchronous (Event Mesh, AMQP) connection services and APIs.

UDINA IO Cockpit
The cockpit is your central entry point to predefined analytics and reports depending on your used connectors. It can be enhanced with custom reports, or beeing extended with custom components.
If your company strategy is SAP Analytics Cloud and you are using the SAP S/4HANA storage service, you are able to replace the cockpit with a dashboard by you own for business intelligence (BI), planning, and predictive analytics.
UDINA IO Web Analytics for UI5
This component is part of UDINA Commerce, to allow our customers to be as flexible as possible by choosing a tracking solution that fits their needs.
Designed as a component library, that can be embedded into your SAPUI5 or OpenUI5 apps, it offers a Consent Management Platform (CMP) as a service to fullfill all legal requirements (DSGVO).
It offers predefined connectors to UDINA Web Analytics Tracking API (implementing the matomo JavaScript Tracking Client), SAP Web Analytics or Google Analytics. Additional connectors can be developed by implementing the web analytics interface.

UDINA Connect is a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud/onPremise Extension, to synchronize both master data and orders with multiple internet shop solutions.

UDINA Smart SRM
Smart Supplier-Relationship-Management (SRM) solution for the central collection and provision of product information from all suppliers. All product information are stored in a central database.
With the help of the UDINA Smart Puchasing fiori application, the buyer can generate a purchase requisition (BANF) in which the products of all suppliers be available.
